Mosaic for under-represented students

Sometimes you need a little extra support. We’re here to provide it.

Mosaic is a state-funded program that offers certain support services to underrepresented students.

Underrepresented students include—but aren’t limited to—students of color, first generation students, and low-income students. Our goal is to encourage diversity and provide these students with an opportunity to receive a quality education and give them the support they need to be successful.

What we offer:

  • The Mosaic FAST TRACK Summer Program—consists of two separate courses to serve different skill levels. Each course is a free, hour-based class. No credits are awarded for this class, but it allows students to increase their skills in English reading and writing.
  • Book Loan Program—students may be able to borrow textbooks for one course per semester in developmental and general education level classes
  • Career planning
  • ESL services
  • Advising
  • Scholarships
  • Financial aid assistance
