BrewLäsh is a fundraising event that supports student scholarships and program equipment.

Launched in 2017 in a collaboration between the Foundation and Culinary Arts, BrewLäsh’s first event featured a creative student-made hotdishes paired with local craft brews. As the event grew, we added wine tastings, charcuterie, and dessert options.

BrewLäsh 2026 was northing short of exceptional with over 400 attendees and record fundraising! We're out to make 2027 even better AND we're celebrating 10 years of BrewLäsh! 

What to expect for BrewLäsh 2027:

  • Culinary student-created restaurant experiences.
  • Silent Auction Items showcased online! Get a preview of some of the evening's hot items created by our SCTCC students, and donated items from SCTCC faculty and staff, community members and organizations as well as our Foundation Board Members..it's an evening of ..going, going...gone!
