Foodies, craft beer enthusiasts, and education supporters: Join us to experience SCTCC one bite and sip at a time!

BrewLäsh is a fundraising event that supports student scholarships and program equipment.

Launched in 2017 in a collaboration between the Foundation and Culinary Arts, BrewLäsh’s first event featured a creative student-made hotdishes paired with local craft brews. As the event grew, we added wine tastings, charcuterie, and dessert options.

BrewLäsh 2026 was northing short of exceptional!

  • Over 400 attendees, a 41% increase from last year.
  • More than $65,000 raised to support students through scholarships, technology, and equipment.
  • Record silent auction revenue of over $4,700, with more than double the number of items up for bid.
