HLC Standard Pathway

St Cloud Technical & Community College is on the Standard Pathway with HLC. The Standard Pathway is based on a 10-year cycle that focusses on continuous, quality assurance and improvement. The college submits annual updates to HLC related to enrollment, staffing, finances, and federal compliance. In year four of the cycle, the institution undergoes a comprehensive evaluation that allows HLC to evaluate whether the college is meeting criteria and engaging in continuous, quality improvement. Another comprehensive evaluation occurs at the end of the 10-year cycle and leads to reaffirmation of accreditation.
