St. Cloud State University’s Multicultural Student Services invites you to a dynamic one-day conference focused on innovation, partnership, and the future of leadership. The Power of Human Collaboration: Leveraging AI to Integrate, Enhance, and Support will be held on the campus of St. Cloud State University Friday, February 6, 2026.

Formerly known as the Power in Diversity Leadership Conference, this reimagined event reflects a renewed commitment to collaboration and progress. In partnership with the SCSU Career Center and Granite Equity Partners, we’ll explore how artificial intelligence can amplify human potential in leadership, education, and career development.

What to Expect

  • Interactive Sessions: Learn practical ways to use AI responsibly while keeping human values at the center.
  • Networking Opportunities: Connect with peers, professionals, and thought leaders.
  • Winter Career Fair: Meet employers and discover career pathways with the Career Center.
  • Inspiring Keynote: Gain insights on shaping the future of leadership in an AI-driven world.

This year’s theme emphasizes confidence in using AI ethically—balancing technology with creativity, collaboration, and human-centered progress.
