St. Cloud Technical & Community College provides website and electronic document accessibility through compliance with Minnesota Statutes 16C.145 and the Minnesota Accessible Technology Bill (Chapter 131 HF 1744). SCTCC utilizes the Federal Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act standards and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WCAG 2.0) in designing pages on the institutional website as well as electronic documents distributed through the site.
