Student Learning Outcomes
This course will teach the student how to create web pages using the markup language HTML. Students will follow industry standards by using JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheets, which is used to make the web pages dynamic, formatted and styled. Students will also complete exercises using links, graphics, tables and forms. The programming techniques include proper coding syntax, passing information via web pages, and responsive design (mobile-friendly design) The HTML 5 and CSS3 standards will be reviewed in the course.Student Learning Outcomes
- Develop and build web pages using HTML, HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3.
- Create dynamic web pages with JavaScript and JavaScript libraries such as jQuery.
- Format web pages with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Integrating links, graphics, tables and forms in HTML pages.
- Create responsive web pages using media queries, flexbox and bootstrap framework concepts.
- Publish code to production web servers.
