Student Learning Outcomes

Students will gain an introductory level understanding of Computer Assisted Machining (CAM) software. The student will create geometry and progress into toolpaths.Student Learning Outcomes
  • Demonstrate the ability to open and save files.
  • Create two dimensional lines and arcs of part geometry.
  • Modify two dimensional geometry, deleting, chamfering, filleting.
  • Utilize levels and other organizational features of the software.
  • Create G and M code NC code with Post Processor
