Student Learning Outcomes
This course will assist the student in understanding the process to become credentialed as an R.H.I.T. (Registered Health Information Technician) and continued re-certification requirements. Students will evaluate their ability to apply the knowledge obtained in the program using real-world case studies and practice tests. Students will learn study tips, time management skills, and how to create a study plan after analyzing their current knowledge about the field of Health Information Technology. These activities will assist the student in identifying what area of Health Information they would like to pursue a career in upon graduation.
