Student Learning Outcomes

Students will continue to develop Computer Aided Drafting Design (CADD) knowledge of system configuration, hardware operations, and interactive graphics software. They will develop technical skills in map making and construction document drafting along with civil engineering drafting techniques.Student Learning Outcomes
  • Apply advanced CADD drafting methods to create drawings.
  • Exhibit knowledge in survey and construction terms associated with cross sections, profiles, grades, and coordinates.
  • Create contour, profile, and cross section drawings.
  • Create civil engineering CADD details.
  • Insert survey field data collector files into CADD drawings.
  • Model the ability to cooperatively work with group members.
