The Minnesota College Athletic Conference has named 345 student-athletes to the 2022 Spring MCAC All-Academic Team, of which 30 Cyclones received the honor.
Recognized student-athletes combined athletic and academic accomplishments while competing at a member MCAC institution during the 2022 Spring semester. This conference honor exemplifies the commitment from the member institutions, administration, coaches, and student-athletes to provide and engage in a balanced educational experience which is integral to the philosophy of the Minnesota College Athletic Conference.
The honored student-athletes listed all met sport-specific athletic requirements and possess a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 while completing 12 credits during the spring 2022 semester.
The athletic component and strong GPA standard allow for the MCAC All-Academic honor to be an example of the balanced excellence championed by the MCAC and the NJCAA Division III philosophy. The MCAC All-Academic Team is comprised of athletes who participated in the SCTCC spring sports of Baseball, , Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, and Softball.
