Three SCTCC students brought their skills to the table at the National Leadership Conference hosted by SkillsUSA in Louisville Ky. and came away with impressive finishes.
Electrical student Alexander Brott, Culinary student Kenisha Harrison, and Medium/Heavy Truck student Noah Kasper all traveled to Kentucky for the conference after finishing first in the state competitions. Brott placed eighth, Harrison 14th, and Kasper placed third at the national conference.
Students from all 50 states and Puerto Rico attended the two-day conference, representing the top 1.3 percent in the US in their respective trades.
