Ten SCTCC Collegiate DECA team members traveled to San Francisco in early April to compete at the 2025 International Career Development Conference. In keeping with the conference theme, these college students challenged themselves to “Be The One” and grew professionally and personally in their respective events.
- Matteo Mangili placed top 10 finalist in Professional Sales and competed in Sports Marketing Team
- Kiya Emslander and DJ Avenson placed top 10 finalist in Business-to-Business Marketing Team
- Nate Martin Sales Management and Leadership Exam finalist
- Julia Peter competed in Professional Sales and Business-to-Business Marketing Team
- Vanessa Santana competed in Professional Sales and Business-to-Business Marketing Team
- Kaden Kadlec competed in Professional Sales and Business-to-Business Marketing Team
- Ron Niehus competed in Professional Sales and Business-to-Business Marketing Team
- Jason Karolus competed in Professional Sales and Sports Marketing Team
- David Macagnone competed in Hotel and Lodging Management
While in San Francisco, they enjoyed some sites, took in a local baseball game, networked with like-minded business people, and took their talents and skills to the next level.
