This course focuses on the essential skills and knowledge required for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing aircraft engine induction, lubrication, and cooling systems.

- Inspect an oil cooler or oil lines.
- Inspect an oil filter or screen.
- Perform oil pressure adjustment.
- Identify oil system flow.
- Troubleshoot an engine oil pressure malfunction.
- Troubleshoot an engine oil temperature system.
- Inspect a carburetor heat system.
- Inspect an alternate air valve for proper operation.
- Inspect a turbocharger for leaks and security.
- Inspect reciprocating engine cooling ducting (rigid or flexible) or baffle seals.
- Perform an induction and cooling system inspection.
- Repair a cylinder baffle.
