The Vice President of Community, Culture, and Institutional Climate provides transformative leadership in fostering an inclusive, equitable, and welcoming environment for all students, faculty, staff, and community members.
This position aligns institutional efforts with the college’s mission, values, and strategic goals, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including Affirmative Action, Title IX, and other civil rights laws. This role serves as the College Diversity Officer, 1B.1 and 1B.3 Designated Officer, Affirmative Action Officer, Bias Incident Response Lead, and Deputy Title IX Coordinator.
