8 Dimensions of Wellness
Do a self-check on the 8 dimensions of wellness. Look at each area and assess how it’s going for you. If you find one, or more, lacking, it may be a good idea to try and incorporate more of the actions in that area into your routine. Creating a balance in these areas can help improve overall wellness.
