The SCTCC Collegiate DECA team of six members just returned from the 2026 International Career Development Conference in Louisville, Ky. after taking on the challenge to “Go the Extra.”
- Kaitlynn Finney placed top ten finalist in Professional Sales and competed in Marketing Management
- Kaden Kadlec competed in Professional Sales and Sales Management & Leadership
- Samantha Lawson competed in Restaurant & Food Service Management
- Ramiro Caceres competed in Fashion Merchandising & Marketing
- David Macagnone competed in International Marketing team
- Kenneth Horn competed in International Marketing team
The team also found time to explore Louisville. They visited the Louisville Slugger Museum, ate good food, went on a road trip to the charming town of Clarksville, Ind., and experienced fireworks & jets for Thunder over Louisville.
