Hudda Ibrahim, St. Cloud Technical & Community College faculty member and advisor, was named to Times Media’s “5 Under 40” list for 2017.
The "5 Under 40" awards recognize Central Minnesota leaders under the age of 40 who are involved in the community and local economy.
Ibrahim’s role as an educator and advisor at SCTCC is just the tip of the iceberg; she also founded a business, Filsan Consultant LLC, and is involved in helping Somali-Americans and other immigrants transition into the community.
There will be an Awards Program celebrating the winners on Tuesday, Jan. 24, at 4:30 p.m. at the Paramount Theatre.
