Why did you choose to serve on the Strategic Planning Committee?
I chose to serve on the Strategic Planning Committee because:
- I believe Strategic Planning is a key to draw the future of our school and then provide excellent services for our students.
- Enrollment and retention are part of Strategic Planning work which I believe everyone who serves at school is responsible for enrollment and retention.
What has been one of your most rewarding experiences serving on the Strategic Planning Committee?
- Working with great people in this committee is one of the most rewarding experiences.
- Student success is another rewarding experience. We can bring happiness to students while putting some effort into this work.
- Build a collaborative model at school. We can make this model of success as a model to be considered at school.
What are some visions you have for our college that you would like to see come out of Strategic Planning Work?
At the end of this work, I would like to see success, which I believe will happen, that makes SCTCC bigger and unique in the region. I believe serving in this committee will bring the sunshine and reach this goal. Our college has all fundamentals that we can be college number one and unique in the region.
