A 100% refund of tuition and fees:

A 25% refund of tuition and fees:

No refund of tuition or fees shall be provided to a student:

  • after 24% of the scheduled class sessions have elapsed (whichever is shorter).

No withdrawals are allowed after the 12th week of the semester or after 80% of the course schedule is completed (whichever is shorter).

Summer Semester

  • 100% Refund - 1st through 5th class day of the term
  • 50% Refund - 6th through 10th class day of the term - 50%
  • No refund after the 10th class day of the term

Refunds for Dropped Classes

Degree-seeking students may drop courses using the online registration system through the fifth business day of the term (11:59 p.m., Central time). Dropping a course by the deadline, means the course is removed from your class schedule, you are not financially responsible, and the course does not appear on your transcript.

Students are obligated for any classes dropped after the fifth day of the term for full semester classes, or one business day (after the first class session) for shorter courses.
