As part of a statewide mental health initiative, SCTCC is partnering with the Minnesota State system to offer free mental health resources that are available online 24/7.

Mantra Health will provide each SCTCC student with 12 free therapy sessions across all 50 states. The services include:

  • ConnectNow, an on-demand emotional support tool
  • Refer-a-friend hub
  • Care Navigation
  • Scheduled coaching and therapy
  • Access to 24/7 crisis resources
  • Togetherall, a peer support network

You can access these supports by creating an account at: www.mantrahealth.com/sctcc.

This resource does not replace the services available to you with SCTCC’s Mental Health Professional. Learn more about what mental health support is available to you through SCTCC’s Wellness Resource Services.

Mantra does assess whether telehealth and/or outpatient services is the best course of treatment for you. For students with certain diagnoses or active diagnoses best treated by a local, in-person clinician, Mantra will make referrals to local clinicians.
