How to Change your Personal Information

1. Log into eServices
2. Click on Account Management from the menu on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on Address Maintenance from the menu on the left side of the screen.
4. You can then view and edit the following address categories: Permanent or Local address.
5. You may also want to view and confirm your demographic information by clicking on Demographic Maintenance, from the menu on the left side of the screen

Name changes can be done by completing the Name Change Form and providing current legal identification (driver's license or state ID card), a marriage license or court documents, and a Social Security Card with the new name listed (not required for those not intending to use financial aid). The form can be emailed from a student's SCTCC email account with the appropriate documentation to enroll@sctcc.edu, or turned into the Admissions Office (Northway Building, inside Door 1).
