The health sciences & nursing programs at SCTCC prepare graduates for a position in many healthcare careers.
Students use industry-standard equipment and participate in clinicals before they graduate to make sure they are ready to be healthcare professionals.
We get a lot of one-on-one help with our instructors with it being such a small class size. It’s really nice that we get the additional help as needed.

Diploma Key Heading
A Diploma will focus on classes needed in the field to enter the workforce right away. Typically, a Diploma will only require one or two general education classes, which reduces the number of credits needed to complete the degree.
