Introduction to Tools Camp is a summer camp for students in 4th-12th grade. The students are exposed to commonly used tools.

How it Works

  • 2 camps for kids and teens entering 4th-12th grade in the fall
  • The camps are led by High School and College instructors and mentored by College staff.
  • Campers will learn the names of commonly used tools, how to safely and correctly use tools, build their confidence with technical skills, and work in teams to develop life and employability skills.  
  • Campers will take home a completed project.

  • 4th – 6th Grades (in the Fall 2025)
    • Tuesday, July 15, 2025
  • 7th – 12th Grades (in the Fall 2025)
    • Wednesday, July 16, 2025
  • Registration opens in February 2025
