The AA degree is intended for transfer to a university for a variety of majors. Consult with the Academic Advising Center to learn more about various transfer opportunities. Liberal Arts and Sciences - Associate of Arts Degree Requirements - 60 credits. The entire MnTC must be completed. The Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (MnTC) consists of 40 credits in 10 different Goal Areas established by the Minnesota State. Some courses cover several different goal areas, however, the credits can only be counted one time. All are transferable to other Minnesota state institutions and many other colleges and universities as well.
